Yes, you can use your smurf account or online scouters to watch it.

7. My account was banned due to your booster, how am I compensated?

If you can provide evidence, the booster will be punished and we will investigate the matter, we are not responsible for replacing/refunding the account however, that liability lays on the booster if (they) are found to of did something to a customers account.

8. Can I be banned for boosting?

There is always a small chance that this may happen, and no one can guarantee you 100% protection against it. If a ban occurs, we are not liable.

11. What does tipping a booster/rewarding a booster mean?

Gifts/tips are extra money for the boosters. Gifts are given out by you and they cost you extra money. You can reward the booster for multiple reasons, for example a lot of wins in a row , high scores , games with your favourite champion or games as your favourite role.

12. What is league of legends coaching?

Coaching begins with a conversation with the trainer. During that conversation you decide what you want to do with the trainer. It can be anything you wish within site/league rules whether that means playing league with your trainer or simply discussing a previous game, you pick what you want to do!

13.Do your SMURF accounts come with a Gauruntee?

Yes they do!, we do our upmost best to provide to the customer a safe SMURF account but unfournately RIOT issuing bans is beyond our control. If the Smurf is banned within 24 hours of purchase we will refund you HASSLE FREE! If the account is recovered however no refund will be issued but u will be provided with the same type of smurf u purchased previously!

15.Is your work outsourced to other boosting companys or individuals?

Very rarely, Over 99% of mmoboosters boosting and services are done in-house, sometimes we get overwhelmed with orders and will outsource to another service but 99% are completed in house at mmoboosters.

16. What happens if the booster loses during a boost?

Depends on the type of boost, if the booster loses and "wins" we're bought the booster will keep going until the proper amount of wins has been obtained, losing happens even during boosting, while our boosters are professional and the job purchased will always be completed - We do not guarantee a win rate.

17. I bought a boost how do I go to the customer dashboard?

Check your email you provided during checkout, a link to your customer portal should be there.

18.Do I need to submit ID/receipt when purchasing?

Never.

19.What happens if I put the wrong Email when ordering a smurf?

Go to the bottom left of the page and click our support button or discord button and contact a manager please!

20.Are there any other checkout fees via G2APAY?

Yes, there is a 3.9% checkout fee via G2APAY that is applied at the checkout screen - This is due to it costing more to process transactions through G2Apay - There are no added paypal fees.

21.What is g2apay?

The payment processor that allows us to process many different payment methods we otherwise would be unable to.

22.Why was my transaction rejected by G2APAY?

Your bank or financial location may of rejected the payment - Please contact them and make sure the payment being rejected was not on their end - Some banks(Like if ur in the USA) will reject the transaction because its being billed through an overseas company(G2APAY) - They are 100% safe to be billed from but some banks will not recognize that.
The most common cause of rejection is ordering when a add-on, vpn, proxy, vps or other hiding tool is being used, if you purchase while using one of these your order will be denied every time by g2apay. So please make sure to turn off ALL hiding tools as defined above. The second most common denial reason is failure to verify, this means you simply failed to answer a g2apay email or phone call or text which they requested from you. Please make sure to do ALL verification steps that G2apay asks of you.

23.Why does my order have a 10 minute timer?

Larger orders have a 10 minute timer for the system to fully verify you, after the 10 minutes are up your order will either be processed or rejected.

24.I need a refund and paid via G2APAY, what do I do?

-Transactions paid for with debit/bank: 10-12 business days

-Bitcoin refunds: 3 business days

-All other methods are 3+ business days to receive a refund
